Today I have an exercise game with a team in our company. In this month our club will have the league for members. To ready it our team leader decided today game. In order to play well I worked out two times in this week. These day I am trying to increase time to work out. Before making a shot I thought it is more important basic health training.
But today my condition is not good. I feel my body is a little strict and uncomfotable for my shoulder and neck. I guess it is caused by my activity in a gym. I took bad stance during it then I have felt some ache in my body. And I worry about my knees too. This morning while I was stepping down on the stair I could get injuried for my ankle. Without concern I stepped down two blocks suddenly. Fortunately I had no damage.
My week have begun bad interview and my feeling have been so bad. But I could put away it some basketball games on last monday. I hope it as well.
